We tried to do some photo sequences during the meet so I didn't get video of the 20.20m throw, but there are some pics of it in the pictures section below.  This was an intentional foul that landed around 19.50m (64').



4/5/08 Training Throw - 21.82m (71'7") with 14.7 lb shot

I'll try to embed the video, but to save myself some time for right now I'll also include the link.  This was a Saturday training session with the 14.7 lb shot (6.7kg).  This is the 8th and last full throw after 3-4 throws at about 68'.
